COVID-19 Safety
COVID-19 cases are spiking in southeast Iowa. Act now to protect our families, neighbors, and communities.
Center for Disease Control Recommendations:
• Wash your hands often. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• Avoid close contact – put six feet of distance between you and others who do not live in your household
• Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when around others
• Cover coughs and sneezes
• Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched frequently
• Monitor your health daily. Watch for fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Take your temperature if symptoms develop. Get tested if you show symptoms. If you’re positive, stay at home.
